• Your selling timeline, home condition, budget range, priority areas, questions, and notes.
• Photos you choose to upload.
• Your choices about assessment follow-up and optional marketing communications.
• Basic technical information generated when you use the site, such as request and security logs maintained by our hosting providers.

How we use information

We use submitted information to generate your starting Market-Ready Score, understand your preparation questions, review uploaded property photos, respond to your request, maintain assessment records, protect the site from misuse, and improve PrepMyNest. We use contact information for occasional preparation tips only when you separately choose that option.

How information is stored and shared

Assessment records and photos are stored with service providers that support this website. Photos are kept private and are not displayed publicly. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers acting on our behalf, when needed to protect rights or safety, or when required by law.

Retention

We retain assessment information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You may decline optional marketing communications at any time. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you submitted, subject to legal and operational requirements, by emailing alinawaz@yourside.net.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid uploading sensitive documents or images unrelated to your home-preparation request.

Children

PrepMyNest is intended for adults preparing a home for sale and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above will be revised when a material update is posted.
